blog with a purpose

and that puspose is what?

its about developing a better picture of MINDANAO. and how would I, as just another blogger contribute to that?

this question was raised in the 2nd Mindanao Bloggers Summit.

and though i didn’t have the guts to stand up and voice this out, i have a very simple answer to it.

by simply BLOGGING itself.

tliterally thinking about Mindanao’s image as a picture, when the resolution of the pixels is small, and the ink used to color it is kind of vague, well, the photograph, would be very much daunting…

but you see, when I, and you, and everybody else blog, we sort of increase the resolution of the pixels, and thus make the REAL picture of Mindanao vivid.

people will know that the lives of the people in here, doesn’t differ much -if not actually more advantageous (talk about the weather and the cost of living)- from the way of life in other parts of the country.

through bloggin, we’d shout out, that a greater part is living peacefully in here.

i even think, i’ve been closer to danger when we were still staying in Luzon, because of the higher rate of criminalities there. but who am I to speak for everyone? after all, i am just adding another pixel for a better picture of Mindanao.
